Unlike traditional duplex patch cords with two separate boots, the uniboot structure combines both fibers into a single, compact cable entry. This helps reduce clutter in crowded patch panels and switches, improves airflow, and makes routing easier—especially in data centers, telecom rooms, and enterprise networks.

Polarity-reversible LC uniboot connector (key benefit)

A major advantage of this jumper is its polarity-reversible uniboot LC connector, which allows you to swap A/B polarity without re-terminating or replacing the cable. This feature is extremely helpful when:
