Product Overview

The Rayoptic 6 Port Pre-terminated FTTA Fiber Terminal is an IP68-rated outdoor fiber distribution terminal designed for demanding FTTA, 4G LTE and 5G wireless environments. Its sealed, waterproof construction protects fiber connections against rain, moisture, dust and other outdoor exposure. The terminal can be installed on communication towers, building rooftops, small cell stations, poles and other outdoor wireless sites. It is typically positioned near RRUs, antennas or other remote radio equipment, serving as a protected connection point between the feeder-side fiber link and individual radio connections.

The terminal is factory pre-terminated with a 12-fiber flat cable and equipped with six hardened duplex LC adapters. The feeder-side end of the flat cable can be fusion spliced to a feeder cable or connected toward the BBU. At the equipment side, each hardened duplex LC port accepts a compatible FTTA jumper, creating a secure link to an RRU or remote radio optical port.

By moving termination work to the factory, this FTTA fiber terminal reduces installation time, eliminates field connectorization and supports consistent optical performance. Its compact, weather-resistant design is ideal for organized and scalable fiber routing at macro cell sites, rooftop wireless installations, small cell stations and other outdoor radio deployments.
