The Figure 8 Compact Drop Cable Assembly (1F) is a rugged and easy-to-deploy outdoor fiber solution designed for FTTH and Quick ODN networks.
It features a steel messenger for aerial support, a low-friction LSZH jacket for smooth installation through ducts, and a factory-terminated OptiTap® SC/APC compatible connector to a stub end.
This plug-and-play design minimizes field splicing and ensures stable optical performance with low insertion loss and high return loss.
Widely used by Latin American and North American FTTH operators, the assembly offers fast network deployment, UV and weather resistance, and IP68 protection for reliable last-mile connections.
